Heather Keith received her Master of Music in Vocal Performance from Ohio University and her Bachelor in Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Marietta College. She currently works as a teaching artist with Lyric Opera of Chicago in high school and elementary residencies through Lyric Unlimited. She has taught with the Chicago Opera Theater in the “Opera for All” program and with Emerald City Theatre. Heather continues to perform in the Chicago area. Her most recent work was on the new opera The Harbingers composed by Ross Crean. Past performances include Susanna in Marriage of Figaro, Despina in Così fan tutte Gretel in Hansel and Gretel, and the role of La Ciesca in Gianni Schicci. Equally at home in musical theatre and operetta repertoire, Heather has been heard most notably as the title role in Gilbert and Sullivan's Patience, Fleta in Iolanthe, Amelia in She Loves Me, Rose in The Secret Garden, and Ida in the children's musical Honk!
