where do classes take place?
Classes will be held online via Zoom. what are the objectives for Clap, Sing, and READ!?
In this 5-week session, Ms. Kaylee will use music to bring the story of Silly Sally to life. Students will experience the book through multiple senses as they listen, sing, play percussion instruments, and move to the melodies and rhythms of the text. Throughout the class, we will foster early literacy skills, including phonetic awareness, sequencing skills, making predictions, and identifying connections between words and pictures. Musically, students will develop a sense of a steady beat, the ability to imitate rhythms, the ability to play percussion instruments, and melodic awareness. All along, they will strengthen their memory and work on fine motor skills. On the last day of class, they will “perform” the book in a unique virtual presentation of the story. Join us for this creative, engaging, and musical story time! CAn I enroll at any time?
If there are open spots in a class, you can register at any time during the session. Participants will pay tuition for only those classes that are still remaining in the session. what do children do and learn?
